CFL Solutions

Many of our customers are concerned about mercury in their CFLs.  What should we do when my bulb (finally) burns out?  What if it breaks?

Electronic Recycling This Week in Forest Park!

The Village of Forest Park will be collecting electronic items for recycling on May 27, 28, 29 & 30 . Forest Park residents are encouraged to drop off any electronic item(s) you wish to discard at the Forest Park Public Works facility located on 15 th west of Circle between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m..

Acceptable Items include: Computer Electronics, Televisions, VCRs, Stereo Equipment, CDs, Tapes, Disks, Cell Phones, Answering Machines, Printers, etc. Sponsored by Mayor Calderone’s Office of Public Affairs.

This weekend, May 17th and 18th, Green Festival is at Navy Pier on Chicago’s beautiful lakefront.
